Application case: Coal mining enterprises have different loading points and settlement points, and cannot connect to the local area network. In this case, the enterprise can use the IC card system. The loading point can write the gross weight, tare weight, net weight, vehicle number, coal type, affiliated unit and other information of the coal truck into the IC card, and the coal transport vehicle can hold this IC card to the settlement department for settlement.
